Tao Wu, PhD., Associate professor, Doctoral supervisor of Tianjin University of Science & Technology. He is Editorial board member of Foods, Guest editor of Foods, Frontiers in Cellular Neuropathology and Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience, the member of the young editorial committee of Food Research and Development and Chinese Fruits and Vegetables. 
Dr. Wu obtained his PhD from Zhejiang University in 2014. He completed Master Degrees from Jimei University in 2009, and received Bachelor Degrees from Anhui Agriculture in 2002. Since 2014, Dr. Wu is employed by Tianjin University of Science & Technology. 
Dr.Wu is mainly engaged in the research and teaching of food biotechnology and functional food. In recent years, he undertook more than 20 scientific research projects,published 50 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author, including 3 ESI highly cited papers.
