Bariyima Sylvester

Bariyima Sylvester Kokpan is an indigene of Deken community in Gokana Local Governemnt Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. He is a Law Lecturer at the Rivers State Univeristy, Port Harcourt Nigeria as well as a Port Harcourt based Legal Practitioner with over 14 years experience. He holds an LLM from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; BL from the Nigerian LLaw School, and LLB from the Rivers State Univeristy, Port Harcourt. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Nnamdi Aziikiwe Univeristy, Awka, Nigeria with research interest in Aviation Law. The author is married with children.
