Binaya Hari

Dr. Maskey holds a Ph.D. in Management from Sai Nath University, India.  He has an M.B.A. from Nepal & P.G.D. in Information Systems from the UK. He is a retired Public Service Training Department faculty member at Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC).  He has served in the institution for more than 3 decades. The Ministry of Edu., Sci. and Tech., GoN, has published his name for 'Nepal Bidya Bhushan Honour of 'A' category awards on The National Education Day, 2081 B.S. ( Sept. 2024 A.D.).
